Personality: Irina had always been a very good, sweet girl. She was always helpful, and used to tutor and help her fellow classmates with their homework, or with anything they needed help with.
She could be a little mean, especially when people were being mean to her, or to people she actually considered friends. She is quite jealous, especially when it comes down to boys, and would do anything to steal their hearts. She is determined, and a true bookworm.
Irina is helplessly romantic, and sometimes, can be fooled easily.

History: Due to her name, she is usually confused to be one of the Denali Sisters, when in truth, she is just a friend of them, and a cousin to the Cullens.
Irina grew up in Slovakia, and attended the local High School there. The Denali Sisters, wanting not to draw attention, attended as well. Irina didn't really spend time with them, but she was always the civil one. When most people called them freaks and stuff, she was the one talking to them, exchanging notes and stuff.

One day, after spending all her time at the Local Library, she started heading home. It was too late, and she had to cross one of the most dangerous places. At this time of the day, it was not a smart move to go there, but if she wanted to return home, she had no other choice.

As she was crossing an alley, a gang appeared, and she actually felt scared. She tried to ran away, but there was no use. Irina was raped, multiple times, and then they let her there to die from blood loss.
One thing she didn't know, though, was the fact that the Denali sisters had grown attached to her, and had followed her.

When they saw she was going to die, Tanya, as the leader, couldn't let her, after everything she had done for them. So instead, she turned her into a Vampire, but because they didn't know how to handle a newborn, they took her to the Cullens. The Cullens adopted her, and made her a part of the Family. She learned how to feed off of animal blood, and became the good person she once was, but the only difference, was the fact that she was now dead.
