School Day (Cullens)

The day was raining, it was always raining in the small town that they called home. Artemis had decided that he was actually going to spend his lunch period in the lunch room today. As he danced into the lunch room he caught a vision of a guy spilling milk on him if he took his current path. He altered his course and ended up at his family's usual table. Sitting gracefully he waited. He already knew that his brother and sisters would be joining him momentarily. While waiting he studied his nails and his designer jeans. The students seemed to stare at him reverently, humans were so easily mesmerized by their beauty that it had become a common occurrence.

Amber walked in and felt every student ether happy or angry some nervous she didnt like it when she was at school but she went anyone. She took a seat at her family's table and covered her ears getting a head ache from all the noise. She looked at her brother and sighed. "Why must I come here" She spoke softly. She hated it here all the teachers and students treated her like a freak for not likening to talk to people. She sighed and put her head down.

David was quick in buying his lunch. He bought an apple and a pop. He ignored the looks he got like always. The looks of admiration from the women, jealousy from the men, and made his way to the Cullen Table. Obviously it was not really named that, yet no one sat there as they expected the Cullens to sit there.

He sat down with his back to the window, keeping the rest of the room in view.. he did not want to be caught by surprise by a human, as that could prove fatal. "Artemis.. Amber" he said in greeting.

Artemis didn't know how Xavier expected them to just sit there and not go insane after what had happened last night. Things had officially gotten terrible for the Cullen Coven. There was no way they could recover from this blow without some major damage. "I can't believe it. She is really gone... Artemis trailed off feeling suddenly lost. Karina was playing with his proverbial blind spots and he had no clue where she had gone. But he knew where her final destination was. Artemis barely registered his siblings arriving as he contemplated his lost sister.

Amber looked at her brother and side she smashed her hands against the table. "Stupid Xavier" She growled she hated this she wanted her sister back. She looked at David and then at Artemis and sighed she shut her eyes and let a tear fall she sighed again. "Stupid Xavier" She said once again. she was mad at the man she now wouldnt talk to. She didnt think she ever would or at least not for a few years.

David growled quietly "Shut it Amber. The students are giving us weird looks." He did not care for her dissing Xavier so much. If she had such a problem with him, she was welcome to leave the Coven. He then looked at Artemis and said "We'll find her, Don't worry."

Artemis listened slightly to her siblings arguing. Then he heard David's comment and arched an eyebrow and frowned at him severely. He was irritated at loosing his best friend and now he had people giving him false hope. "Were you not listening earlier? We won't find her. No matter how I look at it she ends up with Anastasia!" Artemis snapped quietly at his brother. He then focused on Amber. "No matter what, Xavier is still the same as he was. Now we just know the truth. There is nothing we can do about it and we need to focus on the bigger picture." He tried to say the things she needed to hear to calm down.

Amber growled at David. She wasn't talking to him ether she set her head down and didn't realize she was making some of the students around her angry like she was. She wasn't in the mood for anything right now she just wanted her sister back and for all the fighting to stop. She heard Artemis and sighed nodding slowly. She then heard yelling from behind her and winced knowing that was her doing.

David simply sighed "We will find her. She may be with the Volturi, yet if we can prove to her she is safer with us, then she will come back" He soothed quietly, not wanting to fight with Artemis. He then closed his eyes as he saw a fight break out and spoke quietly in a calm tone to Amber "Amber, if you can not control your emotions, get out of here. I do not want more friendships ruined in this town."

Artemis listened as a fight broke out but quick "seen" that it was about to calm down so he didn't even turn to see the event. He instead focused on his visions and David's words. He could not be sure, "But what if she feels safer with them?! She won't come back if she feels like she will be in danger." Artemis told David in a hushed tone. He then lifted his hand back and soothed his sister's arm trying to calm her down. He shot a look at David informing him he was not making things on the amber front any better.

Amber glared at David she was not speaking to him ether. She hid her face in the table more trying to stop the students but she couldnt she couldnt control her powers. She relaxed a bit feeling her brothers hand against her arm.

David looked down as he spoke in a dark tone "She will not feel safe if we decimate the Volturi guard. My powers, coupled with yours, Xaviers and Ambers could render the guard incapable of defending their leaders. She will see in the end she is safest with us, and you will have your best friend back" He was not pleased with Amber's attitude. Everyone made mistakes, yet to hold a grudge like this, and take it out on both leaders of their coven was a very childish thing to do.. especially since she was older than Artemis and David combined.

Before David could speak Artemis already knew what he was going to say and he let out a deep hiss. His eyes flashed dangerously and he looked at his brother with fury. David did not really think that they could take on the Volturi by themselves did he?! it was insanity, they were not a large coven but they were imensely dangerous. "They should not be underestimated David. They are dangerous! There is a reason all the vampires of the world fear and respect them as leaders." He said as he sat completely motionless.

Amber glared at David. "Your a idiot sometimes David" She sighed agreeing with Artemis. She bit her lip and looked down holding her head she wanted to go home now but she didnt. She sighed and bit her lip she looked at Artemis and sighed. She rubbed her temple she had such a headache.

David slammed his hand down on the table, finally succumbing to his anger at the pair and growled "Unlike you, I am trying to get Karina back." He noticed the attention He was getting and quickly lowered his voice "I will not sit here and let them rip apart this family."He then quickly got out of his chair and swiftly left the room, not caring if everyone was watching.

Thana walked in to the cafeteria, a cut lip was the only sign of the trouble that had just gone on in the girls changerooms. And the head of all her problems was Chelsea Jones, Thana had no idea why the girl hated her and went and grabbed a fruit juice from the line when she heard the main bully herself. Reeeed why won't you come sit with us ? Thana heard the blonde say and paid for her drink, ignoring the girl as best she could. It didn't help though as the Chelsea girl wouldn't give up and kept taunting her. Thana ignored it until Chelsea mentioned the Quiletes, that was the one thing she wouldn't stand was her family being brought into her fights.

. As Chelsea smirked Thana glared and poured her drink on Chelsea before punching her square in the nose, breaking through the plastic tray that the girl had tried to protect her face with . For a second, only a second her eyes shone their bright blue through her grey contacts, and the cut that had appeared on her wrist from the broken plastic simply vanished like it hadn't existed. " Don't you dare say a word against the Quiletes, I would easily break your jaw as well but your not worth it." Thana said, damn she had caused a scene . She hadn't wanted to either. She pushed past Chelsea with the blood dripping broken nose and picked up her bag an walked back through the hall doors, to her locker first before outside in the cloudy weather to calm down and look at her knuckles.
